6 Outlook Road was my Grandparent home (Jack and Lorna Carlisle), my mum (Jill Carlise - now Bickerton) grew up here. I have so many great memories of staying here with my Nanna. She had a fantastic blood plum tree in the backyard and an inside toilet ! There was a little shop across the street and we used to walk up the hill to the park. We also visited Aunty Inez (Hoath) in East Cross for afternoon tea - with beautiful cakes and curled butter.
