Cream weatherboard, lino floor

Red brick with a little front porch

3 bedroom, mostly lino, criquette in kitchen

Outside: cream painted weatherboard (later white) with coloured trim around windows etc (at times red/orangey/green) with small semi enclosed front verandah, large semi open back porch with a ramp from driveway, (this was later replaced with an outside open verandah and steps). From the front door there was a large entrance foyer with lounge and 1st bedroom off to sides, at the end of the foyer was the main hall, to the right at 2 more bedrooms, to the left bathroom and linen/coat cupboards, then through to living/dining room with kitchenette.

Outside - colour was dark brown oiled weatherboards with brown paint round windows and doors. - large open front verandah and large back verandah with a ramp up from driveway. From front entered into small loungeroom. Hallway up the middle of house, kitchen/dining one end, bathroom other, 2 bedrooms opening either side of hallway, short hall from bathroom to 3rd bedroom, large linen cupboards in this small hallway. Timber floor with own carpets. Lino in kitchen and bathroom.

Black weatherboard and corrugated iron roof - 3 bedroom - feltex carpet and kitchen linoleum

Brown weatherboard with cream interior walls. Kitchen had a fire stove, later removed and made into an open fire. An electric stove was added behind the door and a good pantry.
