Hello there, My name is Grant Fowler and I think this is the house that we now live in which was moved to Trafalgar
My father was Wayne Fowler from "Fowler & Sons" in Trafalgar and they shifted approx 600 houses from the yallourn township during its relocation process back in the 70's.
Our house that we live in now was from Moondarra Place and I have early photo's of it being moved from yallourn on the truck. As a kid in Trafalgar I knew the "Croston" family that had it moved here by dad.
When I got married and it came up for sale in we brought it as it was situated on a large block and we loved the very high pitched terra-cotta tile roof, BTW I have the original 'Moondarra Place" street sign in the shed, we have done 3 extentions to it and just love the house.
Jenny & Dave Croston who lived in it always call back to see the place and have a look when they return for a holiday where they now live in Perth WA....
I have looked at all the other house plans in Moondarra Place on the map and this layout in spot on.
