Mckeans lived in this house from 1951 till about 1957 when we moved to a larger house at 3 Driffield Rd., taking that house when the Thorntons moved out.
Malpass moved into this house when we shifted.
Early memories include a chookpen down the back, a great blood plum tree, and lots of kids around to play with, Malpass, Mcgoldrick, Browns, etc. etc., Mrs Dicks shop, building billy carts and testing them out down the bush, carving tracks in the clay cutting across the road for our dinky cars, a great childhood!!
