Jeff Browitt's theory - for years people have been peddling a lie about Yallourn being dug up for the coal - what a load of rubbish. That was merely a clever ruse. The real reason was to get rid of the ratbags in the attached photo (taken by undercover police officer Hall from Yallourn North). These louts have been happily dispersed across Australia now where they can no longer damage the fine reputation of the Latrobe Valley.
