On the other corner across the road is where Bill McDonald lived. Lino of Lino's Coffee Loung lived there also and Theresa Muscat and Deidre Malcomson lived there also at one time.

Up where the car is - that's where Denis Devine lived and Susan Crowe lived next door up further.

The Vickery family house at 13 Hazelwood Cres. The "lane" to the right - down that hill to the town, picture theatre etc. You can actually see the Heather Grove Shop, Carlisle's roof, St John's roof, Picture theatre roof, Catholic Church and footy ovals.

A very early view of Tanjil Place taken from the roof of 14 Hazelwood Cres. I remember families over there like - Fankhauser, Fitzgerald and Lynette & Ruby Paterson. So many good times shared by all the kids on the hill.

We called this the "back lane". Back of houses in Hazelwood Cres - backed onto the Reservoir fences and little pumping station. What a view we had of the town and briquette factory, as you can see. This lane ran off onto Reservoir Rd.

We used to set up huge swing ropes from that gum tree and had quite a few "spills" - "croppers" that is. All survived! Lance
